In Beyond the Threshold Fantasy Roleplaying Game, the gamemaster is called the Mentor. Per Rule 1.1 of the Beyond the Threshold rulebook, the mentor has three tasks: (1) to provide the players a fun and rewarding gaming experience, (2) to keep the game moving, and (3) to make rulings- i.e., to interpret dice rolls and adjudicate the rules of the game.
Several free tools are now available assist the Mentor in completing these tasks and running great games. Check out the new Mentor Tools webpage for three new resources: an Adventuring Party Log to track PCs, a Mentor Screen Tables document with useful tables and rules summaries that can serve as a gamemaster screen, and a Decree of Conduct to set expectations with players.
